We offer meditation classes to the people of Burlington. Classes are held at Chrysalis Yoga on Walker's Line. Most classes follow the same format: begin with a teaching on a range of topics such as understanding the roots of anger, what is our ultimate fear, what is real self-esteem and how to gain the most out of this human life, to name only a few! Dzogchen in Deer Park was founded in 2011 by Alexander Duncan as a seasonal group to practice Dzogchen meditation in the public parks and ravines near Deer Park, Toronto, Ontario, Canada between April and October.
