Practice mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Peaceful Heart Sangha meets each Sunday from 4pm-6pm for sitting and walking meditation, tea and discussion. Heart of the Dharma offers meditation and dharma talks to assist those who have an interest in living life with inner peace, joy and equanimity. To accomplish this Heart of the Dharma offers practices on Tuesday evenings. We also conduct periodic retreats as well as the 3 year MERIT program.
