Menlha Kadampa Buddhist Center was founded on the knowledge that it is possible for everyone to cultivate positive states of mind that will lead to calmness and inner peace. We strive to provide a conducive environment for people in New Jersey to deepen their understanding and experience of meditation practice and Buddhist studies. Meditation is the heart of Buddhist practice. Through meditation, we can gain deep insight into how to be happy and deal with life’s challenges successfully.
