Pema Chodron This meet-up group is for meditators in the Tibetan Buddhist lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rimpoche, with a special place in our hearts for the teachings of Pema Chodron. We practice and contemplate meditation techniques, such as shamatha vipassana, tonglen, maitre, meditation on the body, and yoga. Every meditator needs a sangha! : )

Dharma Moon Sangha is a Mindfulness meditation group in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh / Plum Village We meet every Tuesday evening at Unity of the Lehigh Valley, 26 N. Third St, Emmaus, PA 18049. Meetings start at 7:30 PM and end between 9:00 PM and 9:15 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the start of the meeting. Those seeking to learn Mindfulness meditation are welcome as well as seasoned meditators looking for a group to practice with.
